About ExplOrbit

ExplOrbit is a coalition for conservation, not a land rush

ExplOrbit records symbolic Moon conservation territories and issues personalised stewardship certificates. We exist to make lunar conservation an ordinary, personal idea before industrial extraction begins, not after. We are not selling real estate, investment, or speculation.

Why we do not copy other Moon land sites

Most lunar land sellers frame the Moon as property to be divided and resold. ExplOrbit does not. There are no kingdoms here, no self-declared governance, no claimed loopholes in international law. We took the opposite position: the Moon cannot be owned, so what we record is responsibility for it.

What your claim actually protects

The lunar surface has no atmosphere, no weather, and no erosion. Nothing heals. A mining pit or a rover scar stays for millions of years, and the regolith beneath holds a 4.5-billion-year record that exists nowhere on Earth. Our conservation territories are premium sites: places with clear Earth views, and ground near regions where water ice has been detected. Those are exactly the places under the most pressure.

Our honest position on the law

Under the 1967 Outer Space Treaty no nation may claim sovereignty over the Moon. ExplOrbit holds no government approval, no scientific endorsement, and no legal recognition, and we will never claim otherwise. What we offer is a recorded, verifiable, lifetime stewardship pledge and a collectible certificate. That is the whole promise, stated plainly.

Every recorded territory is one more argument that some lunar ground should stay untouched.
